Celebrities, like ordinary people, are tweeting about poor customer service.

Roy Brydon,  comedian and star of Gavin and Stacey, has been complaining about 02’s coverage. He has about 75,000 followers on Twitter. If they are not already, 02 should be monitoring Twitter and should be in a conversation with Brydon, admitting there is a problem, being honest about it and letting him know what they are doing to put it right.  They could even give him some kind of complimentary offer: deduction off his phone bill once the issue is resolved, perhaps.
