Richard Houghton
Richard runs Open's PR division. He is the founder and managing director of Carrot. Before starting Carrot, Richard was joint MD of Ketchum, which includes consumer agency Life PR. Before Ketchum, Richard was CEO of Shandwick Public Relations, which included consumer, corporate and leisure divisions. He then went on to become CEO of Shandwick UK's corporate, broadcast and leisure divisions as a member of the UK main board, overseeing a £4.5 million client portfolio.
