First, maybe have some stories of how b2b companies are using social media. Along the lines of Emerson Process Management for example.

The second area of interest is how small to medium sized businesses are adopting social media cost effectively. Blendtec is a great example in the book. Why is this important? Over 90% of businesses in the U.S. fall in the smb segment. The ROI business cases cited in the book are great but I think most of them are Enterprise sized.
